QR Code Generator – User Guide

This tool lets you create short URLs and QR codes for any link or WebForm. You can also brand your QR codes with a logo and pre-fill WebForm fields for a smoother user experience.

Step 1: Open the QR Code Generator

Navigate to the QR Code Generator page in your system.

Step 2: Choose the Type

Select one of the two modes:

• Custom – for direct URLs, UPI links, or any custom destination

• WebForm – for selecting an existing WebForm and optionally pre-filling fields

Step 3: Enter URL or Select WebForm

• If Custom → Enter a valid URL starting with http://, https://, or upi://

• If WebForm → Select a WebForm from the list

Step 4: Upload a Logo (Optional)

Upload a logo to embed inside your QR code for branding.

Step 5: Configure WebForm Fields (WebForm Type Only)

A field mapper automatically loads all WebForm fields.

• Set default values

• Leave blank if the user should fill it manually

Step 6: Save

Click Save to automatically:

• Generate a short URL

• Create a QR code

• Apply logo branding (if provided)
